I went looking for whb drain parts and left a happy man. The attendant advised me perfectly. Moreover, I was correct to trust his expertise. Everything went together perfectly. His manner was perfectly professional, which is the reason for the 5th star. Perfect!

Been in again today and looked after by Matt a really super helpful gent with great knowledge and advice. After the trauma of a bathroom leak Matt has helped and guided me through what was needed and I?ve collected the needed shower tray as they had one on the shelf.

Went in recently for a solution and got one , the staff are very patient and helpful, going in again on Monday for another solution and am fairly confident the lads will sort it, whats not to like ?

Just like to say what fantastic service I received the other day the guy took time to listen to my problem fixed me right up with the correct toilet system even told me how to fit it thanks again top blokes ?

Both the guys in the sales area were extremely helpful, went in with a problem and came out with a solution that saved me a lot of money getting a plumber. Job done in 10 mins. Didn?t get their names but cheers for the help.

I just had a great experience, I have been very exasperated in trying to find the correct Mira shower to replace my old one. I have been told so many different things by so many different people that I was on the point of giving up and forgetting the whole thing. Then I remembered about Plumb Centre only to find it had a new name, Wolseley. So I thought I will give it one more try to find someone who knows what they are talking about. So glad I did, because I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Philip Humphries. Now here is a man who knows all about showers and he immediately knew what I needed, ordered it and it came overnight. I collected it this morning and it's now installed and working great. Phil is a great ambassador for his company, great attitude and so helpful. Many thanks Phil for your invaluable help. I will never use this company again. Rude and inconsiderate, discriminated against and refused service for being medically exempt from wearing a face covering. Was told being medically exempt "didn't matter" absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated.

Good staff didn't have what I wanted but staff found something else that I could use to do the job and not too expensive too, so good service.
