They are obviously excellent at selling houses. It is a pity that their website is very rarely pruned and you have to wade through many houses that they have sold in order to find one that is actually for sale.You end up searching Rightmove and hope the board you've driven past is up there.

We recently bought and sold with Morgan?s of Cheshire and I can't recommend them enough.Chris initially valued our house a year ago and gave us some great tips to make our house more desirable to buyers...When we found a house we liked they took us to view the very next day and our house was then put on the market and sold within a couple of weeks.The whole team went above and beyond throughout. From guiding us through the process, dealing with queries and liaising with solicitors we couldn't have asked for anything more. They were professional and friendly but also very efficient. They pre-empted queries and solved them quickly meaning that we were able to move into our new home in record time.I have to give an extra thank you to Claire who was always at the end of the phone and took a lot of the burden and stress off us.Thank you Claire, Chris, Davina, Nikki, Chris and Jack!

We bought our first home back in April through Morgan?s and they made everything so easy. All of the staff were so friendly, from the first viewing with Chris to completion day with Claire. They were always happy to answer all of our many questions as first time buyers, they made lots of time and left out no details. They were always chasing things that needed chasing to make things move faster and they kept us in the loop at all times. They even gave us the most gorgeous flowers and Prosecco on completion day. I would recommend them so highly, fantastic customer service, brilliant communication and all round a lovely estate agents.

A very big THANK YOU to Morgan?s of Cheshire on the sale of my Mums house, with a special mention to Chris, Claire and Davina for their hard work. The whole team worked hard from start to finish, from initial marketing, house viewings, offers to finalising the sale. Always on hand to answer any of our questions. Professional, friendly and approachable always swift to return calls, reply to emails, chase solicitors, buyers etc. We are very happy with the service they provided.Another plus point is the courtesy van we were able to use, great idea and a big help. We?ve purchased our first home through Morgan?s of Cheshire and Claire was wonderful throughout the whole experience. It was a longer process than normal due to a large chain, but Claire was there chasing and providing updates the whole way. She was a major contributing factor for us getting our house through at the end, and we can?t thank her enough. Thank you Claire!

I?d can highly recommend all the team at Morgan?s for a first class service, Throughtout the sale they have been a better source of update and progress than my solicitor! Their service goes over and above and the lovely touch of Prosecco and lovely flowers on completion made it even better .Local business need our support and I would not hesitate to recommend them, Even upon completion they have continued to offer their help as key holders for painters, carpet fitters etc and ,local recommendations for DIY work and even out me in touch with a local cleaner to save the hassle of sourcing during a stressful move, .I even was offered the loan of a van and extra pair of lifting hands which for midlife solo movers like myself has been a godsend . First class!

I have both bought and sold with Morgan?s of Cheshire and both experiences have been excellent. From when they came out to value our property right the way through to handing our keys over, the team have been amazing and kept us updated constantly. Morgans of Cheshire went above and beyond to provide an exceptional service. The team are professional, diligent, efficient, always take initiative to get in touch with updates and are excellent at getting updates from solicitors as well. We had a long delay to completion due to timelines for completion on our new build but they kept in touch throughout (thank you for your patience!)
