It's been a bit hit and miss lately with the food orders. Getting noticeably worse over the years too, particularly since they now prioritise online food orders
Traffic can be a nightmare too with queues backing onto the neighbouring roads which can cause chaos.
Food is getting more expensive too ????
Upstairs is often overlooked for cleanliness too

It's a McDonald's and a decent one. Don't queue at the drive thru if you're in a rush - go inside to order. Daughter used to work here and quite a good place to work... Remember the youngsters are doing what they are told and aren't in charge of policies on sauces etc...(!)

For some reason, fast food at McD's is no longer, this branch like most others just seem to take ages. The branch itself is fine, it's hard to comment on staff, as the only interaction is they shout your order number when it's ready. I can't stand the self-ordering screens, there are too many options, to many would you like to add something you don't want or make it large, I much prefer just asking for what I want to a person!!

Don't bother ordering on the app - I had to trek half a mile to meet the uber delivery driver despite providing a dropped pin. Uber uninterested, n way to complain to McDs. cold food - terrible service.

Unfortunately, this McDonald's looks good a new type 2 storey McDonald's and is very busy.
We waited 15 minutes for our food to arrive, and it was all cold due to the time it was clearly waiting for someone to bring it to our table.
I took my coffee back due to it being cold, and the server replied that it was clearly warm when it was made, which I explained so it was obviously waiting a while before being brought to us.
The restaurant was dirty, there was food all over the floors and tables, staff were pottering about not really doing anything.
Wouldn't visit again.

Parking: Just eat / food delivery drivers using all the disability spaces.

Been to maccies all over the country and never known one so bad. After I got another incorrect order tonight I?m never going back, the last 10 times I?ve been something has been missing or swapped for something else, serious issues in there whatever is going on

Terrible cold soggy fries, burger patties thinner than the gherkin. Poor service, I fully understand it's only Maccies but my god it's lost it's way. It's not even that cheap anymore, it's put me right off the brand.
