Despite the negative reviews posted, I've never had a bad meal from here whether eating in or takeout, and there's definitely worse KFCs doted around the country!

Bit of a queue to use the kiosks to order as there were only 2.
Friendly service food was brought to the table quickly and piping hot.
Floor felt a little greasy/ slippery but otherwise perfect

Fantastic customer service, I can genuinely say the staff went above and beyond what is required of them food was really good and fresh but I can?t thank the staff enough for how they treated my kids why they waited for food it?s a first for me that I can genuinely say it was a fantastic experience for kfc really was a whole diffrent level of kindness and customer service.

Regularly see bad reviews for this KFC, maybe we're extremely lucky but we've always had good service from here and mostly accurate orders. I've had quite a few deliveries and pick ups and both been mostly fine, sometimes they miss dips and a lot of the time the krushem machine is broken but that's about the worst of it.

Overpriced and very small portion. I remember when you actually got a fillet of chicken in a fillet burger. Now it's a fillet cut in half. Tiny portion of cold fries.

I've only had 1 good order from. here! The last order was definitely my final one. The hravy was thick enough to use in a building site , the chips were awful & the chicken was overcooked, dry & chewy, absolutely shocking!

Ordered a meal for one to take away. The app scanner hasn?t worked for weeks now so no point in having the app. And the employee forgot to put gravy in the bag which I paid for.

Just saying I love it BUT! where is my Ice cream??? I have been here 3 times in a row every friday when I come home from school to here, there is NO ice cream! Why not?? I just wanted my ice cream it's really good it makes me sad when I don't get it :(

I ordered using the KFC app which was really easy. Our Uber driver showed up and delivered it without the drink (nightmare). Got on the phone to the store and the manager answered and was very apologetic, polite and friendly. Also offered an additional free item to say sorry. Went to the store to collect and again was very polite and apologetic and explained what happened. This store has really turned around since the last time I went which was a few years ago. All of the staff there should be proud of the dramatic turn around to this store and I would recommend the people of Northwich that love KFC to give them another try. Definitely coming back ?
