Disappointing lack of faith in their customers - passed on a supplier issue to us with very little compassion or commercial nous. We had other orders to place for tiles but won?t be returning to a vendor that doesn?t understand customer service

Lovely staff couldn't help enough, not an enormous store but they have a good range of beautiful quality tiles for varying budgets. Able to get your tiles in within a few days and have recommended tilers to do your install if required. Let us take some tiles away with us to see in situ. Great service all round.

Called in today and met a wonderful chap called Jim, he was so helpful. We discussed tiling over an arched window and the pro and cons off using a metal tile trim. We spent half an hour in the back of the shop bending tile trims. The most fun I've had in years. Well done Jim
