“Easy access, great products, excellent service. Dissappointment at there being no cashiers on the checkout though. There seems to be an assumption that every customer is comfortable with self-checkouts, which is not the case at all, particularly with a large queue forming behind you. I have never had to use a scanning gun before, nor had to manhandle heavy items in order to locate the barcode. Poor show.”
