“We have just had 3 rooms completely refurbished by Ormishers, kitchen, shower room and on-suite bathroom. To say we are delighted with the end result is an understatement, everything is brilliant and we love the finished look. From the start of the planning process through to the end result Ian and Kim have been extremely helpful coming up with ideas to help us along the way and keeping us informed of progress. All the work was completed to a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble for them or their staff. We would definitely recommend, in fact we are now looking at having the dining room done by them as well! Once again, thank you for everything.”

“Good local builders merchants with a good selection of goods. Patio centre is great and at good prices. We also use their cement division for doing our extension, screed and building work foundstions and very good service , advice and pricing. Assured Concrete Pumping in Weaverham is great to use if concrete is to be pumped.”

“Easy access, great products, excellent service. Dissappointment at there being no cashiers on the checkout though. There seems to be an assumption that every customer is comfortable with self-checkouts, which is not the case at all, particularly with a large queue forming behind you. I have never had to use a scanning gun before, nor had to manhandle heavy items in order to locate the barcode. Poor show.”

“Went to Northwich Matalan for the first time since moving to the area and had a great customer experience. Had issues with scanning the rewards card at the till but the young man on the front was very helpful and set up a physical card for me. Then when I realised I'd ended up without a third item in the 3 for 2 a lovely woman helped to retrieve said item and noticing my baby was upset helped me get to the baby room to feed. Thank you for such a great customer service your kindness made the day so much easier. Apologies for not remembering names. Experience was the morning of 26/2/2025.”

“Unprepossessing entrance at street level - no menu on display (naughty). Flight of stairs lead to first floor restaurant area with panoramic views over the Clyde towards Arran - we visited on a lovely sunny evening and the view was beautiful. Attentive but non-intrusive service was professional and the staff well informed about the menu.Poppadoms with chutney tray were delicious. Both mains were very tasty if a little different to our "local" versions. Nann bread was large and delicious as was the entire meal. Was more expensive than we expected but we were happy anyway.Needs better signage at street level and a priced menu properly displayed.If you're in the area well worth finding it and don't be put off by the entrance!”

“These guys have dug us out of a huge hole. We have been for years trying to stop a leak from our shower. Eventually they came to the rescue and solved in 24 hours a problem we have had for years. They think outside the box with innovative solutions to solve problems rather than shrugging their shoulders and trying to sell you a new bathroom!! I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are incredibly clean workers and it was a pleasure to have them in the house. Don’t go any further than Plumbing Mate they are absolutely brilliant.”

“My most recent experience with Cascades, was as expected, a pleasure. I have used them before so they were the first place I went to. Dave was very helpful and informative, everything was explained and all costs involved were clearly stated. I had a new shower, sink basin and under sink cupboard fitted by their contract plumber, David Escott. He did an excellent job of installation and fitting, explaining what he had to do and was clean and tidy. I couldn't tell he'd been, apart from the new items.I would highly recommend Cascades for your bathroom projects.”
