While i cannot fault the technical ability, the professionalism is not great. Every appointment was either rearranged or cancelled. After one such cancellation/rearrangement i had to cancel due to having covid, she tried to charge me for cancelling. i explained i could make my appointment but obviously i wanted to be transparent in the fact that i did have covid. While i understand she has to make a living after every single appointment i ever had was either cancelled or rearranged by herself normally the day of or the day before the appointment i thought this was unfair. The next appointment she cancelled a few hours before the appointment with no real reason given. Expect flakiness if you choose this nail tech.
