My car was coming to the end of it's agreement and I wasn't too sure on what I wanted to do going forward. When speaking with Josh, he went through every single option I had so I could decide what was best for me. He was so patient and genuinely wanted to help. 1000% recommend going to see Josh Ridge, so lovely and had me driving away in my dream car that he managed to get me an amazing deal within two days.

We purchased a used car from Evans Halshaw last week. John Moore was a pleasure to deal with. He understood that we needed a car quickly and we were able to drive away with it the following day. We had been thoroughly let down by another dealership and John restored our faith in car buying. 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

We just recently took the car in for a service and I can honestly say that we were are very satisfied with the service the car had. The car was picked up early as we asked for pickup and drop off service which is great for us as it's to far to walk from the showroom. The service was carried out with a couple of things on the car needed to be done, so Dawn contacted us to ask our permission for these to be done by their mechanic at the garage, the car was back with us by lunchtime.

we have had lots of dealings with Evans halshaw and to be honest, we wouldn?t go anywhere else. We?ve just downsized our car. John dealt with us, what can we say, he was polite, knowledgable and not at all pushy, no fast sales speech, very relaxed.We are so pleased with our purchase and have that peace of mind if we have any issues we can contact them.The whole team are brilliant. I would recommend at least visiting this place if you're searching for a new car. I've bought my first ever car in the past week from here, and Josh Mercer helped change a rather daunting task into an exciting one. Everything was always explained in terms I could understand and they were very kindly flexible and receptive when original plans changed. All in all, I couldn't be happier with how it's gone.And importantly, they addressed me, the buyer (a young woman), rather than my Dad, who I brought along for support. This phenomenon was a rarity in my search for a car and it really set Evans Halshaw apart from the competition, and helped me get to grips with the intricacies of car ownership. Me and my partner have just traded in and bought a car from here and Mughera couldn?t have made it any easier- she was amazing and we 100% recommend her! Great customer service by Josh as the Northwich branch. Visited to look at a Fiesta that we had seen online last month.John was very helpful and not at all pushy, after a coffee we decided to go ahead with the purchase .We part exchanged our car and was very happy with the offer. We have had a couple of run outs in it and are getting used to everything. A pleasant experience at your showroom and John was great.

We have just bought a new Ford Puma from here. This is the 4th car that my immediate family has bought from Evans Halshaw, Northwich. We were looked after by Jacob and Josh - both were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Jacob spent a lot of time with us to explore what we wanted and to find the best car to suit our needs and at no time did we feel pressured. I know that we will return in the future and recommend either of these two gents for a hassle free experience.
