Third visit as an account customer: My man took my phone, bought elsewhere - one of those CnC simple jobs - that needed the old phone's memory/phone book content transferred. Dylan, the expert, did this much more easily than my man could have. He had knowledge of even this device, which surprised me because nowadays devices are much more sophisticated and complicated. Anyway, thanks to Dylan's expertise...job done and free gratis. Well done, that man!

Fantastic, customer service delivered by Lauren.
I had a problem with my Sim card and was asked to go into the store by the online team, the issue was sorted out really quickly by Lauren, she was really chatty and helpful.

Had a great experience with Emily & Harvey the other day in the shop, who were both equally as professional and friendly as one another...and they knew their beans! We sorted an unlimited SIM for our narrowboat, Jiggery Pokery, and it is by far the best thing we ever did; we haven't lost coverage ONCE since. So that SIM is highly recommended for any boaters on the move. Cheers, guys! ?
