The new sunbed k11 is unreal !! Had a 20 min session today and look like I?ve spent a week in the sun . On top of that always have the friendliest welcome from a lovely bunch of people , been coming here for 10 years and wouldn?t go anywhere else .

Love this gym. The fact it's family run defintely spills out into the membership community too - really feels like everyone is an extended family in there. All the machines are well kept, the variety is probably the best in the area, there's plenty of plates and weights for all machines, the membership prices are incredibly good value for money, the atmosphere is friendly. There's a reason it's been around for 50 years, and will be around for 50 more :)

Dave's Gym is absolutely perfect for my needs and well beyond. I joined 11 weeks ago to build some strength and with some guidance from Neil and the app I'm well on my way. I started from 0 and initially had some anxiety about lifting weights as there are some big fellas lifting more than I ever could imagine.
After a visit or 2 my anxiety and misconception was gone. Everyone I've met so far has been super friendly. I feel super at home and enjoy going so much my planned 2 visits a week have increased to 4, 5 and even 6 this week.
Can't fault the place, it's amazing value for money and now I've started I want to see just how far I can go with great nutrition and a lifting and cardio plan in place.
I'll add a photo of my progress hopefully to inspire others, yes I have a long way to go. If you see me in the gym come say hi and I'll show you just how far I've come in the last 14 months. This is phase 2 of a much larger transformation.
For me this is hands down the best gym with the friendliest team in town. Keep up the amazing work.

Cracking Gym, really good facilities (shower, locker, changing rooms, parking), any kind of equipment. Most of all the People who run it and the gym goers are cool people, friendly and welcoming. Prices are excellent. Was I. Town for a couple of days, day pass was 7.50. great prices. Highly recommended. One note, it's popular for obvious reasons so if you like it quiet check on best time. They open early so loads of options. Top top place
