2 stars both for the doctors, everything else is a mess.Can get a face to face appointment and now can't get a virtual appointment or even a reply.In a failing NHS this services is one of the worst.

I've been a member of this surgery for 35 years. It has gone steadily worse over the years, but has in the last 2 years, it's got really bad. I can never get an appointment anymore.

Having seen all the negative reviews I thought I would take the time to write a positive one, I see Doctor Hanson and she has always been very helpful and understanding with me, the reception and pharmacy staff have also been very helpful to me too.

Trying to book an appointment can be daunting if you haven?t got time to sit on the phone for an hour at 8.30am but the NHS place these rules.The receptionists are amazing and the doctors I have seen there over the past ten years have always been helpful, thoughtful, attentive and kind. Yes sometimes you have to wait longer before you?re called but doesn?t that mean that they are spending time with their patients!! Sometimes we need more than 10 minutes! We live in a fast get everything you want right now society. Have a little patience and maybe put yourself in their place! It?s hard to please everyone all of the time! Bad reviews don?t improve a valuable service to the community!!

If I could give no stars I would. Receptionists are disgusting manager doesn?t respond to complaints prefers to go home at 11am. This surgery refuse to give doctors appointments and don?t issue prescriptions on time. The doctors at this shambles don?t even bother to look at your medical record and see what?s going on before if you?re lucky enough to get an appointment. Avoid this surgery

My doctor was 45 minutes late today, not a word of apology about the wait and others kept getting seen before me. She was extremely dismissive of me and offered next to no help. I have had awful experiences at the place, especially if it?s anything to do with mental health.

The receptionists are good. BUT the doctors will forget about you and leave you to suffer. It took you ages to get that appointment right ; now enjoy 4x the wait for them to not even have done anything yet and forgot about their job.

Mum was taken ill and could not get out of bed and was very confused, needed home visit, reception staff very rude point blank refused home visit (as did nurse). Mum had fall turns out to be a brain tumor. Not good enough.

Edited review as have managed to get through on the phone and it was fairly painless to get my appointment booked. I'd still prefer to book online as I struggle with anxiety but the receptionist was friendly and helpful. You can now book routine/non-urgent appointments from 8:30am rather than 5:30pm, which gives more leeway to those who work, and I had the choice of booking at either surgery. Would like to see the online messaging system actually be online and available to use, as well as the ability to book advance appointments online, but I do appreciate they have many people and pressures to manage. I need regular injections so if my next injection could be booked the day I have my current injection, that would be ideal and would surely reduce the call queue.

Great place. Getting a bit tired to be honest and the carpark is always too small and busy. Great doctors here to be honest some of the best i have ever met. The back office staff over time have been very unhelpful and have a bad reputation. They can be very stroppy and argumentative which creates animosity and arguments. There is some new staff and they seem very nice I hope the older grumpy ones have all gone now. The other thing is the initial phone message. It's too long ... Just need to say welcome to Dane bridge. Press 1 for appointment 2 for this and 3 for that.. it's very condescending.

Worst doctors I?ve been to. Receptionists are fantastic. I?ve only been once and it was horrific. I was seen by a dr, been having a lot of pain, discomfort in my ear and hearing issues. Checked for a build up of wax and that was it? She couldn?t wait to get rid of me. Although I mentioned could it be to do with my Eustachian tubes - all I got back was ?I don?t know, I?ll have a think about it and get back to you?? I was in there all of 3 minutes before she rushed me out of the door? a month later heard nothing back and still in a lot of pain and muffled hearing.
