I went in yesterday to bought a TV and soundbar. All the staff are hanging around and not proactive welcome customers. When I ask someone help they just pass me to another sales. I request to exchange the soundbar due to the size wasn?t correct as the sales told me yesterday and he said open box can?t return is company policy with disgusting attitude. I swear to god you will never see me again in Currys.

customer service is disgusting. I went in yesterday more than half the staff are hanging around and gossiping like it's a social event, instead of helping customers. The hdmi cables are priced incorrectly when you get to the till it turns out to be more than the price tag. When you finally manage to get a staff member, they stugg you off by telling you they don't have that in stock they dont even bother to check.
Only 1 decent staff member in there unfortunately dont know his name polish/euroapion lad late 20s, I believe.
The hanley currys is a million times better.

Be very careful about trying to return any online purchase to store. The website says you can ?return to any store?. When I tried to do this with a kettle, the manager refused to take it as that store didn?t stock it and the box had been opened. I have to return it via DPD, contrary to the website guidance. An absolutely ridiculous policy and unlike any other retailer I?ve used.

Absolute shamefull.Ordered a cooker for my elderly parents,all paid for with delivery.Currys actually canceled the delivery 3 times so eventually we requested a refund.
Pulling stunts like this on OAP's has got to be the lowest , and from a company with such a big name??
