I popped in here a few weeks ago with my mum and sister and needed some help with the Boots recycling scheme. A really lovely member of staff assisted us (I?m pretty certain her name was Michelle).
She was so helpful and even came back to find us when we paid to ensure our code had gone through correctly.
We live in a world where people are too quick to leave negative reviews and not enough positive reviews. So I wanted to leave this as a thank you for Michelle going above and beyond.

Today, while shopping at the Northwich Boots branch, I was mistakenly accused of stealing by your staff. I had purchased six painkillers from the other store and placed the receipt in my shopping bag. However, your staff at the time indicated that I was stealing. The items I purchased from another store are sizes that your branch does not sell.I was more than willing to provide the receipt as proof, but I was very unhappy with the disrespectful treatment I received. After proving my innocence, there wasn?t even an apology. This has been my worst shopping experience.

I went in last minute for a glasses emergency, and they were able to fit me in without an appointment. They were very patient, I didn?t feel like I was being rushed and all staff were very helpful. Thank you!

Brought hair straighteners security tag would not come off. Only pair in the shop three ladies tried and then cut it off so I could have. Great service.

Absolutely first class service from the team at Boots to diagnose a problem with one of my eyes. Mariam and Sophie get special mentions but the whole team were great. Excellent patient experience and clinically effective. Thank you !

Not good opens at 930am long line staff just walk around not serving and completely ignoring the line of people, no acknowledgement so after standing there for 15mins we just walked off. Won't go back again

A small store that always seems to be wuite busy, but i feel there are not enough staff available to cater to their customers in a timely fashion. Like other big high street stores that have been Americanized, it seems all about the money and not so much the service. Also with limited products available, I find it better to go out of town.

Absolutely Brilliant Appointment. I had high anxiety on the day which i explained to the lovely assistant Belinda Taylor. She could not have been kinder or more helpful. Very professional as was the Optician Mo. Good range of eyewear & help with choosing something to suit. I would highly recommend. Thankyou
