Appalling customer service, laugh down the phone at you and make excuses to delay responding. Not sure why a company would employ staff who lack basic skills.

First time went and never will go again totally disgusting rude staff - took my parents who are both disabled one in a wheelchair only to be told one of us needed to leave 3 of us were taking up too many spaces with only 10 customers allowed in the store at one time do they not think one person needed to push the chair one for the trolley totally discrimination against disabled people- we apparently went at a busy time - so what everyone is a paying customer

Manager not helpful at all, has quite a poor attitude and customer care. The staff on the other hand are keen to help.

Checked opening times on the website for Sunday which says 9.00 to 1.00 so went over arrived 9.40 closed no sign of opening other people waiting outside as well you would have thought a company of this size would have upto dates times on its website
