We live in New Zealand and recently sold an apartment in the North West of England.The apartment was purchased in 2012 and we chose Belvoir Lettings to manage our affairs in regards to tenants and maintenance.We are very pleased with Belvoir during 12 years of management, their performance, professionalism, attention to detail, communication and advice. In particular Christine Rourke, our main contact who was very helpful and friendly.

I moved my properties from another letting agent a couple of months ago and have been really pleased with the service from the Belvoir team so far. It could have been a challenging process as I had tenants in place who I didn't want to inconvenience, but it has gone really smoothly. Great communication from the team throughout and efficient in picking up and resolving any issues.

You live in your house for yrs. you use this company for one year they call every couple of weeks to tell you something has gone wrong. I move back nothing went wrong for months. Do not use this company there are liars.

Amazing service from all of the Belvoir team. They've been managing my property for 6 months and from the very first contact they have been great. They provided guidance on getting my property tenant-ready, marketed it, found the right tenant and made the whole process so easy.
