We had to visit the Northwich branch to solve my problem out ,we went in The Bank Manager(Lesley) came over to help me ,she was brilliant, nice lady .She explained everything what I needed to know ..the Bank was very clean and Welcoming atmosphere all staff there very kind and helpful .

Brilliant customer service by Ewan today he was friendly, approachable and willing to help. This is what is missing in Manchester you have to wait weeks for an appointment as they keep closing lovely, small branches who are at the hub of the community. Shame on you Barclays, keep doing a great job Northwich!

The service at this branch is generally poor. The fact that the counter closes at 2pm when the branch is still open is just beyond ridiculous. I went in today to be greeted by 3 staff to tell me the counter service was closed, I got there at 14:55 so will have to make another 16 mile round trip tomorrow as they only want to serve customers when it suits them. Madness.

Worst bank ever!! Sat in there for an hour waiting to be seen, nobody saw me.. the place was empty and there?s a member of staff stood up front doing absolutely nothing what so ever, he was rude to me as I was leaving, his tone of voice, the words he used everything about the interaction with him was rude and unacceptable. All I want to do is change my address, I?ve tried online for a week with no luck, I?ve done it by phone no luck, so decided to go in branch and I?m met with nothing but disrespectful attitudes. Worst bank in Northwich town by far.

For now i Was in that branch two Times . Whatever I couldn't do through poor chat or phone help line I could do in the branch in Few minutes. Very Nice and Helpful staff.Also Northwich branch is very clean and tidy . Thank You !

Poor old Barclays staff.They are probably blissfuly unaware that their employer has won the uncoveted position in Corporate Watch?s November 2021 ?Wreckers of the Earth? directory!Barclays financed Olam, responsible for deforesting approximately 20,000 hectares of forest inside its Gabonese oil palm plantations since March 2012.Now they're financing the Cerrejon coal mine to the tune of $3.5bn, and the proposed Enbridge Line 3 tar sands pipeline, to run from Alberta to Minnesota.Well in the year Britain hosts COP 26 - what a distinction.

Very impersonal not user friendly & never enough staff on hand to either engage with customers to resolve their banking issues or requirements. Goodbye Barclays because you will be a victim of your own doing I know plenty of people who needed help & Barclays just showed them the door, not a welcoming or helpful bank.

The manager, Sue, is the most accessible, helpful manager of a service I have ever had experience of. She helped on issues of delicate nature, always found time to respond and advise. Visited my dad in his care home and has been professional with compassion in difficult times I cannot speak highly enough of her as a person and barclays manager... Thank you I am and my father are sincerely grateful for the support you have shown... In the true spirit of the origins of this institution

Nice staff trying to cope with systems that are so unfriendly to customers. There are usually a couple of staff standing around asking if they can help. Why on earth are there not more tills so that they could help by operating one of those? There are only two manned tills, and usually only one of those is open. If you need to go to that, then it`s highly likely that you are stuck behind someone with a complicated problem that takes ages to sort out. Customers - what a nuisance!
