“My wife and I visited Northwich branch a few weeks ago to enquire about and open a savings account for her (I already have one). We had a little wait as there was a queue but I put this down to the popularity of this particular branch.
Anyway, we we're seen by Stuart Moores who was so friendly and knowledgeable. He put us at ease and listened to us and then explained about the products on offer including terms and conditions relevant to us. We couldn't fault his customer service, it was absolutely first class! Not fake cheesy but just down to earth chatty & friendly. Just wanted to call him out in the best way possible. Thanks again Stuart, you're an asset to Northwich Nationwide.”
