Lovely little shop. Lots of affordable stuff in there. Not set out very well, but still worth a look.

Today in AGE UK, Witton Street. My girlfriend tried on a leather coat and decided she didn't want it so she put it folded in a different place neatly in the shop. (Lady in green coat, blonde hair, glasses) There was no reason to come out to us sat outside with accusation in your face and voice asking where the coat was and after you were shown where the coat was you should have apologised and not ran off to the back. She deserved an apology for the way you spoke to her and then ran off. She is 29 not 19. I hope you ran off with embarrassment honestly because that was really bad and dealt with really poorly. Also, why was there a policeman stood at the back in preparation? either you got them within the space of 1 minute of her being in the shop and waved them down like an emergency or they were already there in regard to something that had happened earlier? perhaps this is why you were super paranoid and taking it out on the wrong people? it was all quite strange. Sick of Northwich, sick of prejudice. Always had weird and negative experiences with the people in this shop and I don't know why because none of the other charity shops in Northwich share this experience. Perhaps vet your volunteers?. Really upsetting experience. UPDATE: This person wasn't a volunteer and turned out to actually be the current manager, insanity.

Elsa and Wendy are amazing, they have provided a Fantastic Service to the Community before & throughout the Covid pandemic. They have been a mental health support to myself and many others. People travel far & wide to shop & meet up with peoe like themselves. WE WOULD BE LOST WITHOUT THEM. THANKYOU SO MUCH ELSA. From myself and all my family xxxxxx
