Good, honest and fair - exactly what you want in a garage. I took my car in (Feb 2024) with a breaks issue, knowing what the problem was and what it should cost to fix. The team at Norman Hand identified and resolved the issue and didn?t overcharge at all, very reasonable and they did a solid job of it. I?d recommend this place to my mum.
