Deeside Pharmacy , based in Little Neston next door to Neston Surgery. They are incredibly helpful, polite and rarely make mistakes very organised.
Parking isnt ideal as is only small ans staff often use up some of the few spaces. They close from 1pm to 2pm , best time to collect as long as you have called to confirm they have your meds then 10 to 12 and 3 to 4pm
Just be aware they are next to a school so 3pm onward can get busy traffic and parking wise.

Went during work break to collect my mother's prescription. Except couldn't as 'the pharmacist hasn't arrived' and no one can hand out tablets in a box. Total waste of a journey, after waiting in a queue that went outside as well.

They always close at luchtime which is usually the only time people who are working can pick up. Is this the same for all the pharmacies or just Deeside?

Awful pharmacy - my mum picked up 2 pescriptions for me and she was charged the £9.35 charge for both even though one of the items could have been bought without a prescription for a few pounds.I called to ask if anything can be done and was told no and the guy just said I don't know what to say - not even an apology. Won't be going there again - every other pharmacy I have ever been to has always pointed out if things are cheaper without a prescription but I guess this one just saw a profit to be made.

Just don?t expect your prescription or medication to be there when ordered , or expect the same reason given in person or on the phone. It?s a difficult time, they are very busy and have worked throughout the pandemic. Totally get that, and appreciate it , but there are limits.
