Can?t recommend Constables enough. Jamie spent so much time taking the photographs they looked amazing. Our house sold very quickly. We had ups and downs along the way however always felt supported by every single member of staff. Can?t thank all of you enough. We are now moved and are enjoying our new home. ?

I viewed and bought a property through Constables Estate Agents during summer 2023.Two viewings initially with Jamie and later with Sue , easy going and very relaxed which is how I like any purchasing experience .After the deal was done Sharon was extremely helpful with correspondence between the vendors , myself and any conveyance queries I had .A very smooth process from start to finish.

Jamie at Constables handled the sale of our property in Neston . He understood our situation and acted swiftly , was pro-active ( we didn't need to chase !) and pre-empted any potential delays with prospective buyers ( mortgages were becoming difficult and slow as the interest rate rises impacted over the summer).He achieved the sale within the timeframe we set at the outset - 3/4 months and in the price range targeted. The process was swift and didn't take too much of our time which was important.Overall, only positive comments on his/Constables performance. Thank you.

I have recently rented from constables Estate agents. They are honest, professional and very friendly. They made the rental procress very easy and nothing was to much trouble for them. If anything needed repairing, they were very active and repairs were done very quickly. I really recommend them. What a great estate agents.

I didn't even bother to put my application in to Constables for a property I loved in Port Sunlight.My booking to veiw turned into a degrading few minutes squeezed in between 2 others because I wasn't put on the list.Just seems the property will go to someone at Constable's mate.Low class and boring. Sigh.
