We recently purchased carpets for our home - hall, stairs, landing and bedrooms. The service from start to finish was simply fantastic, such a helpful team of people. Excellent choice of floor coverings and first class customer service. Nothing was too much trouble - fitters even worked over bank holiday so that carpets fitted before moving in. Really worth a visit and deserving of this 5 star review.

We needed new vinyl flooring in a hurry and wanted it to be sturdy but not too dear; there are plans to replace the kitchen in the distant future. After getting overwhelmed at two high street shops (ignored in one, greeted in the other but expensive, both with zillions of ranges and guarantees etc) , we took our measurements here, explained our knackered flooring, and based on measurements alone, were given a narrow choice but in the end exactly what we wanted at less than half the price and very reasonable installation, in two weeks time. Sold! The one salesman on duty was seriously enthusiastic and knowledgeable and we just liked him. He had photos on his phone of what our pattern would look like installed, and then gave us more advice about stair carpets for the next project we undertake.Should also say we used them previously in a similar dire circumstance. We'd bought a very large home and were desperate to move in, and expenses had over-run making it liveable. The electricians had wrecked all the carpets and it was the one thing holding us back from moving in. They carpeted a 5 bed house at the same reasonable prices (with about the same 5 or 6 colour choices), and installed amazing laminate in the entry and hallway, new vinyl in 2 bathrooms. Transformed the place! We were always grateful to them. Will definitely go back to this tiny shop that really knows what they're doing.

Visiting a lovely friend last Friday and she had just had a carpet fitted by yourselves. It was a very nice carpet and had been fitted beautifully. Two phone calls came to my friend who was not very well and had had a bad fall, she did not mange to pick up the phone in time to speak to you so she phoned you back to be told how concerned the carpet fitter was about her and that if they didn?t get through to her he was prepared to go out of his way home from work to check up on her. How wonderful was that ? I don?t know of any firms who would do that these days. Thankyou so much for your kindness. If ever I need carpets, blinds etc I will be knocking on your door.

Really competitive prices. Knowledgeable staff in the warehouse. Good range in stock or else speedy ordering service. Quick response , if you want them to measure up for you, they're well-organised and call out promptly. I have been most impressed with the expertise and experience of the fitters they use. They treat you and your home with respect, whiuch isn't always the case these days.
