Despite many staff in the shop service is appalling me slow and inefficient.
I ordered from boots online and went to collect my item only to be told it wasn?t there; I was then notified by text message that in fact it was there and so they had made a mistake.
I will avoid this shop at all costs because really they don?t deserve to have customers because they don?t behaviour as though they?re actually interested in the customer

I visited the pharmacy a few minutes ago to speak with the pharmacist, and just like yesterday, there was no privacy when discussing a personal health concern. I had to explain sensitive issues while others stood in the queue right behind me, which was quite embarrassing.
I believe such matters should be handled with discretion, and I sincerely hope this lack of privacy is not influenced by any form of discrimination, including racism. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed to ensure a more respectful and confidential environment going forward.

A normal pharmacy, where there is a large selection of everything in the world, from vitamins, toothbrushes, hair dyes, perfumes, shower products and gifts for women and men, cosmetics, diapers for children and baby food and so on.
Quite expensive.
Several times I asked the employees to buy pills , but they said that they did not have them in stock and did not offer an alternative.
It's always clean inside.

I put my prescription request in last weekend (for a v common medication). It is now Friday. The pharmacy don't notify when it's ready. Eventually got through on phone this morning to be told it's not ready, they're getting a delivery and it would be ready this afternoon. No mention of being closed 1-2. I now need it for tomorrow so waited to go out with my mum on her birthday so I could pop back to collect it, went on a special 20min round trip and it's closed for lunch, not usual. Last time my meds weren't ready to collect they also said they were waiting for a delivery, yet when I said I was about to go on holiday they were magically able to get it ready right away. I will now be without my medication for 2 days despite being well in advance with my repeat prescription request.

Called for a few items waited over 25 minutes to be served 2 assistants manning tills getting prescription orders as well as salesNo sense of urgency to serve with themCould hear other staff in the back probably making up prescriptionsCould they not have manned a till and got queue down??Phone constantly ringing in background 2 people waiting put their items back and walked out of the shopEventually got served - no apology for having had to waitReally bad experience would not recommend shopping here unless you have unlimited spare time!!

Great staff who go out of their way to accommodate you.People who say they are miserable have obviously not beento Neston.If your script is there they will make it up for you.Its only chemist open on a Saturday in Neston.Pharmacies areunder great pressure these days give them a break.

Absolutely mayhem in this shop prescription is never ready on time always using the excuse for chaotic queues,making excuses that they are short staffed never been in a pharmacy so disorganised this pharmacy is not one l would choose for myself
