Went to the Nantwich Branch today regarding my ISA Savings. I was welcomed by a young lady named Mandy, who was very friendly and super efficient. She steered me to a wonderful savings product. Much appreciated. Mandy is an asset to YBS. Thank you.

My daughter and I went in today to sort out her savings account and remove me as a Trustee since she is now 17!! She has had her savings account with the Yorkshire since she was born in 2005 and we have always loved popping into the local branch in Nantwich to pay in money and see it grow over the years. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and today was no exception. The lovely lady who served us couldn?t have been more efficient, helpful and kind - many thanks Yorkshire Bank Nantwich!

I went into YBS in Nantwich today to open a Make Me A Saver account to help afford Christmas. Mandy was absolutely fantastic, putting me at ease throughout the entire appointment and making everything crystal clear and easy to understand. I couldn?t be happier with my experience, thank you Mandy!
