Lovely little shop with a wide selection of things, but it?s absolutely freezing especially now in winter. I asked why the door was open on the Saturday I came in, they told me due to complaints from other customers about the heavy doors, they had to keep one open.
Then I asked about the heating, they assured me they?re trying their best and have to keep turning it on.
It?s really a shame to see them so wrapped up in layers and cold hands, do better for your staff please WhSmith. Either install proper doors or automatic ones, or let them have heating. I shouldn?t have to wear my own gloves too while shopping.

A little pricey considering that you have Card Factory around the corner to buy gift cards from and the Works to buy books or stationery. But it has a nice selection and sometimes you?ll find a discount on something very pretty.
