The team at Whitegates we?re absolutely fantastic during the process of buying our first house! Special mention to Sarah Payne who worked with us the most. Very accomadating with regard to viewings especislly short notice as we were only in the area for a month or so. Not at all pushy & quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended.

Whitegates have been fantastic supporting me buy my first property. We really enjoyed working with the team who made our house hunting experience so much better than any other agent in town. Getting an appointment was never a problem. Went to view 2 properties with our young baby . Connor was very helpful in ensuring the process was really seamless and easy. Very knowledgable and anything he didn?t know there and then he made a point to go away and find out for us. Really appreciated his friendly approach. Very informative without any pressure , we were able to view the priorities in our own time .. really appreciated his time especially on a Friday evening !!

Our experience wasn't the best due to prospective buyers letting us down and not always being advised on the best decisions however as a whole we were well supported from start to finish by whitegates and they always made a big effort. Each time we were let down they were quick to act and get us back on the market with viewings immediately and I cant fault them for that. Two people stand out above the rest and that is James who worked tirelessly all day on viewings, he never wavered, he never lost any enthusiasm, he made an effort to see the house and know what he was selling, fantastic job James! Very friendly too, exactly the personality you need for the job. The other is Chloe who works on after sales and is always chasing solicitors, other estate agents, buyers etc. She always responded to my calls and emails and worked tirelessly each and every time, her knowledge and fight for the end result was outstanding. It wasn't an easy road but we made it thanks to these people. The fees are good too which is an added bonus! Thank you.

Having used their sister company - Martin & Co - many times previously as a very happy customer, it was only natural I use Whitegates to sell our house. Not only was every single person I dealt with at Whitegates courteous, professional, attentive and friendly but their price was by far the best value - a winning combination!
