There's a new culture of shop assistants in chemists since covid.If you don't have a script & just want to buy something you'll have a hard time getting the SHOP ASSISTANTS to oblige you with eye contact. I waited 20 mins just to buy an item. The shop assistant was having a convo with a friend knowing there was a que why are these people so ignorant does it come with the job! Check your staff WELL CHEMIST !!

Visited both pharmacies (they are very close to each other) for a special shampoo to help prevent dandruff. One store stocked it, and the other didn't.The queues were very long, especially the pharmacy by doctor's surgery. I left without making a purchase! Found what I required at Sainsbury's.

They NEVER answer the phone - even when there's up to 4 or 5 of them in the background.

My 91 year-old mother has been registered at this pharmacy for many years. They tried to deliver her medication on Friday Aug 26th but she was unwell and unable to get to the door so they left a note, which is the usual procedure as they do not re- deliver. They never notify her about when her medication will be delivered so she has missed the delivery before, through no fault of her own. The medication includes potentially life -saving anti- stroke tablets, which she has to take every day. I was amazed to find that the three WELL pharmacies in the Nantwich area and the three in Crewe are ALL closed on Saturdays, meaning that I can't collect her medication until next Tuesday. I rang several branches to see if there was an emergency service, or even advice about what to do in these circumstances, but there was nothing. Eventually I decided to try Boots in Nantwich, where the staff were very helpful and, after ringing my mother, were able to give her enough of the anti-stroke tablets to see her through the long weekend. Next week we will be taking steps to have her prescription sent to Boots because I never want to have such a stressful experience again. It was highly irresponsible of WELL to leave her without her medication over a bank holiday weekend and to have ALL of their branches closed on Saturdays.

The ladies that work here, work hard. Always go above and beyond to help me, they do sometimes have problems which of course is down to my GP as always.

Staff are amazing yes sometimes there is a wait but now with text alert just go in when I get the text at this time very busy but wouldn't change pharmacy due to how friendly the staff are and very helpful the team that works there.

This chemist requires 5 days. Yes 5 days after receiving from the doctors to dispense your prescription. Either more staff required or a new system.As with Post Offices, chemists have never moved on into the 21st Century.

Dreadful service. Never enough staff.Ordered my prescription 4 days ago called to collect this morning.waited an hour outside just to be told that they would text me when it would be ready . So will have to wait outside for another hour. Nice people but dreadful service. I know it's difficult times but this is not good at all.Changing to Beam street parmacy. I

Worst pharmacy going no customer service skills your there waiting and waiting no matter how many people are in there, they never answer the phone and when they say it is ready for collection they still have you waiting 30 minutes or more even when you have been told come back for a certain time,advise to avoid go to another one in nantwich Morrison?s is very good and you get service with a smile

System? What system? Absolutely awful - after 12 months of my repeat prescription never being ready (requested one week earlier) and always arriving to be told " it will be ready in half an hour" I have moved to a different (much more efficient) pharmacy.

Always a massive queue. Waited 20mins only to get to the front of the queue and be told there was a 30mins wait for my prescription. I ordered my prescription 4 days previously. Won't be using here ever again.
