Shame there isn?t zero stars. Probably the worst run place in the area. If you want to pick up a prescription, you?re best giving them two years notice and reminding (the rude staff) every day.

Just got into the pharmacy on Thursday before Easter weekend. Yes, it was at the end of the day and the bus from Chester was late so just got there as they were closing but was told to get out!! I explained i was leaving for holiday on Sunday. Pharmacist, didn't give a hoot and told me to get out. Thanks. No wander Well Pharmacy is in financial difficulty. Meanwhile, I dont have necessary medication.

A small pharmacy that gets busy so a friendly suggestion hiring more staff to help with customers & the dispensing of medications would be beneficial for all concerned.

The time from the prescription being issued to the meds being supplied is well over a week. Very often a long queue to find when you eventually get home meds are missing. Another prescription hadn?t even been processed although the doctor had sent the electronic prescription the week before. Customer service is totally absent.

My fiancé came into this pharmacy and was told his prescription had expired by the time he went to collect his meds which is fair enough so the doctors wrote him a new one and sent it to the pharmacy to collect the next day. Today he goes in to collect it and the pharmacist said there was no record of this, my fiancé has now ran out of his medication which stops his seizures and he?s told he needs to go back into the doctors which he couldn?t since it was now closed!!! He?s then applied for an emergency prescription online and come back and they have DENIED him this medication which he NEEDS. This arrogant pharmacist did not care whatsoever for my finances wellbeing he just said he was not allowed this prescription because on the system it stated he hadn?t collect any since may which is not true? I said to this pharmacist what does he expect him to do and he basically said it was no his problem so he doesn?t care if my fiancé has a seizure because of him. Never met such RUDE staff members, I was clearly upset and anxious about my partner having another seizure without his medication and they all just stared at me with blank faces. He will be going to a new doctors now with pharmacists who can actually do their bloody job!!!

No matter what time of day Always a long queue, and they can take hours to prepare your prescription. Recommend to visit an alternative pharmacy if you have the chance

Absolutely shocking and useless staff. One serving who likes to take her time! Others peering over the counter from behind to see how many they can get queuing. The place is empty but still an hour wait. Forget it... walked out and won't bother collecting my prescription. Boots Nantwich Pharmacy all day. Needs a total overhaul of their lazy staff

Went to pick up prescription that had been there a week to be told it wasn't ready and would be an hour, literally drove off the carpark to get a txt saying it was ready. Absolutely hate using this place

It must be easier to get through to the Pope than it is to get an answer from the pharmacy. I've been trying for 3 days but no-one answers -this is normal

Poor service. Was told prescription would be ready but never is. Always have to go back to collect. Also not open on Saturdays.
