Same as most banks. Minimally staffed with a long wait even without a queue. Difficult to get a pram in and out as there are steps at both entrances.

I always find the team here great, Liz is an absolute star and is very helpful and accommodating. It is a rarity for a bank to still have the personal touch :-)

Thought I?d put my review down, the previous one star reviews are not warranted. Weak comments are unnecessary. So this is your standard bank that does standard things and the generic standard banking issues that can happen, apply.

Had terrible experience recently with TSB been a customer for 12 years and whilst I was away abroad I received letters saying they're closing my account down because they tried ringing me twice to discuss transactions to and from my account. They sent letters in different envolopes and slanted/off writing which is a security risk and where incredibly rude. When I tried to sort this out iv waited for hours on the phone on hold trying to get answers really terrible bank I hope they go bust they have really gone down hill.

Been here 3 times and each time ended up walking out, unhappy with the customer service received. Manager is obnoxious, bit like the staff really. Gave up and went to Winsford. Worth the drive as at least they'll help you. Don't expect much done here. Remember going in and someone made a simple mistake and person behind the counter started to get rude about it. Fantastic place, if you wish for a foul service.

can never contact the branch via telephone on numerous occasions as there never seems to be a answer very inconvenient

Hopeless telephone contact number. Nobody ever picks up! Instead you are redirected to a call centre who do not understand your requests and can not book you an appointment! I now presumably would have to make two trips to the branch to book the appointment and then attend! Less than ideal around my working rota! Lets hope the 3% interest and £5 rewards make up for it!
