It's so impossible to get hold of a real person. I can now understand why all of the branches are closing. I have tried numerous numbers and all are answer phone messages sending you to the online service which can't help me.

Same as most banks. Minimally staffed with a long wait even without a queue. Difficult to get a pram in and out as there are steps at both entrances.
