I needed 1 item from this Superdrug but I had my dog with me and I knew dogs were not allowed. I approached the cashier and asked if I could come in with the dog. I could see she was struggling between the company rule and genuinely wanting to help. She said be quick about it and got me me and out of the shop promptly. It was nice to deal with a young person who had a bit of common sense and empathy when it was easier for her to say no. Thank you.!

Reasonable prices tbh i mean its good quality stuff soo here its quality>quantity, good selection of stuff, nice store. But i would say be cautious buying expensive stuff theres probably something more useful things to spend with that money so if u have some money, or to spend on a day out with ur mates feeling like u wanna treat urself or someone else this is the place ?

Purchased a lot of makeup on Friday, returned 2 items Saturday morning, SEALED, untouched, unopened, as purchased 16hrs before, with the receipt, and refused the return. I also purchased a WATERPROOF mascara and used that, but it ran black all down my face and fingers MUA avoid!! I will carry on buying my makeup at Sainsburys. Another Branch of Superdrug were rude on previous shopping, so this will be the last time I will buy from Superdrug.Wasted a lot of money.
