My sandwich looked like the bread had been thrown around I asked for tuna with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and red onion I got red peppers instead of onion and I?m allergic to peppers . To be honest a trained chip could have done a better job of this sandwich. Very disappointing

Since the old franchisees left. This subway has gone from good to probably the worst I?ve ever experienced.

I don?t know what it is with the subway staff when I deliver. But they always give me such a battered sandwich. It tastes nice of course but did you punch the sandwich or something ? I know deliveries can be an extra challenge sometimes but if you?re on delivery website it should be expected of you to produce just as good quality as you would to other customers.

i always call into subway, in my home town of nantwich, and also when i get to crewe this place is my first stop, after I've got off the bus into crewe, also if you've never been to subway, i recommend that you call in the next time you're passing, for a hot drink 'or' maybe feeling like something to eat, theirs a countless number of choices for yourself to eat and drink ect for you to choose from, hence is to why I've given them a 5 ? quality rating / for their wide variety of food for yourself to choose from, that's why I've given them a 5? for their wide variety of food for yourself to eat, so i recommend that you give them a try and then, judge them for yourself.

Absolutely shocking food, salad tasted like it had sat there all week. It was that bad I went back to complain, manager not interested and basically threw me out of the shop.

Oh dear, all salad looked far from fresh , coolers have ice on most that caused everything, lettuce, tomatoes, olives etc to become soggy and mushy.Person who sliced my bread couldn't even cut it evenly in the middle, so it was 1cm thin on top and then far deeper, causing the toasting to completely be uneven and burn my top.It's not difficult to make a sandwich, but by far one of the poorest subways I've ever been too.Won't be returning.

The Blonde older lady with glasses, who conveniently refused to show her name card upon realising we were upset at how she was treating us for simply wanting to order , and asking my friends, who were waiting for me to order very politely at a table, to leave as we had not yet received our food because ?we can?t sit there without a meal? (I was in the queue) has completely put me off wanting to eat here again. And I know others have had similar experiences. Not a great look .

Got there and ordered a 12 inch tuna sub, the tuna tasted tangy like it had been sitting out for days, only to find out it?s 6 quid for a sandwich, if I knew it was that much I would?ve expected a mortgage with it,Sincerely a disappointed customer
