A well stocked village shop 600 yards from the Llangollen Canal. You have to have a Beechdean ice cream while you are there, it's the best ice cream that I have ever tasted.

Very expensive. Tried to over charge me. Bottle of wine labelled at £7.99 was charged £9.99 at the till and a pie that was labelled at £2 was charged £2.50 at the till. Don't get caught out at the till and count your spend. Definitely won't be back. Might even call trading standards. How many people have been caught out this way.

Rude staff especially the post office lady. Always tells you how busy she is when you walk in. Haven?t been back there in a long time.

This shop is the definition of community! The owners were willing to try and order in anything we needed when we were unable to get to larger shops. They are always willing to help and nothing is too much bother. Also always have a smile and a friendly word when we walk in.The shop is clean and well organised, the staff are friendly.
