Twice iv had shoddy customer service. Bought a spade which could've been for a 5 year old,It was that small. I was assured it was expandible which it wasn't.!!Then I got a leaking liquid container for my Garden which by the time I arrived home had saturated my car seat and carpet.

I visited Nantwich outlet to purchase what I call a 'flap-wheel abrasive' that can fit onto a hand-drill. After some puzzlement about my enquiry, one member of staff deduced what a flap-wheel abrasive was, and I bought two. I asked what I should call the item on re-ordering and no-one knew, and nor was the packaging any more helpful. I now want to click and collect two more, without making a wasted journey to find the local store out of stock. Unfortunately Screwfix's on-line service is almost impossible to penetrate, so wasn't any use. Fortunately Nantwich has enough builders merchants for me to be able to find them somewhere.
