Absolutely horrible female manger. I have been visiting the shop for a few years, not once have I ever seen her smile at anyone, she blatantly treats customers as massive inconveniences. Today took the biscuit, the shop was due to close at 17:00 and she locked the current customers in the shop at 16:30 thus denying entry to new customers. By extention she is blocking Salvation Army donations. Assuming the shop is open 8 hours per day, closing 30 minutes early results in a loss of 6% potential trade. 6%, lost every single day she is working. Imagine the sum total of money lost because of her, money people in desperate need are not getting. Her selfish actions are not only a violation of your shop rules, they spark a chain reaction that hurts the people the Salvation Army exist to protect. You desperately need new shop management.

It's good that such a place is open again, safety measurements in place and a nice selection of everything including clothes and accessories plus some old stuff. Everything but vinyls. Then I saw one of the 2 lady managers walking in the spare room with the door open and literally throwing something in the containers and making a big noise.

I have purchased from this shop and find the staff very helpful. The shop layout is excellent and well planned. This shop is highly recommended for good quality items.
