Absolutely horrible female manger. I have been visiting the shop for a few years, not once have I ever seen her smile at anyone, she blatantly treats customers as massive inconveniences. Today took the biscuit, the shop was due to close at 17:00 and she locked the current customers in the shop at 16:30 thus denying entry... read full comment
