Great supermarket

Very busy, expensive, price rises every time I go in there. Went in last Sunday, purchased 2 punnets of small plums, they looked ok on the outside but every plum was rotten inside. Clearly Sainsburys quality control leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately I live to far away to be returning to this store.

Good range of products and quality is OK, my one big gripe with Sainsbury's is the lack of changing rooms since lockdown they have been closed so won't buy clothes from there anymore

Went at midday on a sunny Sunday.
Well stocked and a very relaxing peaceful shop. No queue for tills. Great clothing bargains.

We used to love shopping here but like many others with health conditions, I will now have to use a different supermarket. I get tired very easily and this store was perfect because I could do half my weekly shop, go to the cafe to refuel and recharge and then do the other half. We went at other times in the week as well as we liked the food in the cafe.
Talking to friends and family (and neighbours), we have all agreed we will now be shopping at Tesco instead.
Closing their cafés will prove disastrous for Sainsbury's...I predict that they will go under within 5 years. So sad to see it like a slow motion car wreck but, that's what happens when those in the ivory tower rule over those at ground zero.

Toilets out of service continuously , you can smell wee out of the men?s toilets door, women toilets are continuously out of order and whenever they are open only 2 cubicles are open as the other ones are out of service as usual but a lot cleaner than they used to be. Very tired toilets considering the supermarket is quite high standard, so absolutely toilets refurbishment necessarily

Excellent superstore

Visited the Nantwich store today (20/2/25). Shelves stocked but lots of duplicates, in other words stock shortages. However more shocking was the awful service and without question this was down to appalling low staffing levels e.g. where lottery tickets etc can be purchased, bakery, self check out . Frankly Sainsbury?s decision to reduce staffing levels simples motivates a move to online shopping which Sainsbury are not that great at. In short, poor customer service,, stick shortages and staff not engaged
