I dealt with Reeds Rains on and off for the 2 years it took for me to find a property and found them to be very helpful, professional and customer focused. During the time I was looking for a property I experienced what it was like to deal with internet "estate agents" whose service was not good and who were hell bent on selling you other services. After that experience I never bothered with prospective properties that were being sold through internet agents; give me a proper estate agent any day!

We were extremely happy with the team at Reeds Rains who sold our house for us. John who valued the house initially was clearly knowledgeable and experienced, but also honest and not pushy. He listened to what we had to say as we had recent negative experience of selling a house previously, and he gave us helpful advice about decluttering and presenting the house in it's best light. The team always telephoned us prior to booking viewings and booked in about 11 viewings over 3-4 weeks, before finding a buyer. During this time they were always available to answer the phone and discuss any worries we had regarding whether to reduce the price & other matters. We ended up having a protracted and turbulent waiting period, due to our buyers' sale falling through, and Reeds Rains worked tirelessly chasing everyone in the chain to get the sale through. They were much better at this than other local Estate Agents who were never available.

I have been a customer with Reeds Rains for 4 years, firstly letting our family home, when we worked abroad and then more recently selling our house through them. Both sides of the business as letting agents and as estate agents are very good. The staff (honorable mention to Stefan,Lottie, Maddie and Ed) are all friendly and approachable , sorting out any problems efficiently and being particularly helpful with viewings and ensuring the property was secure when empty. I would strongly recommend Reeds Rains.

Reeds Rains were fantastic throughout the course of our recent house move, they managed both the sale of our old property and the purchase of the new property. I purchased my home through Reeds Rains. They were highly professional and supportive throughout the whole process which was not without its hurdles and delays. Stefan provided regular friendly updates. In the run up to the move Lottie and Matt were stars, helping with a final viewing and sourcing local contractors. Whether buying or selling, I would recommend this proactive local company.
