The most incompetent staff, rude, unprofessional and ridiculous customer service ever seen in 53 years. 50 minutes spent having a debate infront of other customers, no privacy. One cashier chit chatting to a customer about their holiday, flooring and carpets whilst a queue formed to the door. Dirty screens unhygenic and arrogant unprofessional Manager. Upset my 78 year old Mother causing us to travel to Congleton to do what this branch was incapable of doing. Will never visit this appauling branch and preparing to swap the account to another Bank!

Regular Tramps outside, dirty windows, dirty covid screens inside, rudest staff you could ever meet in a Bank. Disappointing living in Nantwich to bank here. Arranging changing Banks asap. Hopeless customer service.Dreadful

The worst branch I have visited. I regret banking with Natwest, but not for much longer. Just read other reviews, says it all, especially their Branch Manager.

Not been there for a while and as I go to work Monday to Friday I only get chance to go in on Saturdays. Just been to find they are now closed on Saturdays! Absolutely fantastic now I will have to take time off work to go to the bank. What's gone wrong with the world? Bring back Saturday opening and give the staff there jobs back. This is of no use to the working people that use banks

No option to leave no stars! Queued for 30 minutes. Staff rude and unhelpful also watched a dog being fed through the window slobber on counter don?t care about hygiene. Gladly mum will be closing hey account and going to Halifax

One counter open whilst I waited for 25 minutes heavily pregnant and with my 3 year old...the lady at the counter continued to answer question after question from an elderly lady and her daughter who really should have made an appointment for the information they needed relating to their business.

I am completely amazed by the inconsistency of NatWest as a whole! This branch has ludicrous opening times, and the branch "manager" lacks any concept of customer service. The online system for applying for accounts is also a shambles.

Friendly, helpful staff who are sadly overworked and under pressure. Too few counter positions available leading to long & frustrating delays in queues. Branch suffering from removing frontline staff in favour of forcing customers to deal with ATMs or going online. Sometimes, you just want to do business with another person.

Always very helpful and friendly counter staff, who will be able to deal with personal banking matters.
However, if you have a business, there are no staff at this branch who you can deal with directly.

Went into branch to ask for some historical statements from few years ago that we needed . We were promised that they would arrange for this to be done and would call us within 48 hours a week later were still waiting despite calling and emails

If youâ??re a teenager, donâ??t bother trying to set up a bank account here because you will just be let down. I went to this bank three times, hoping to start a bank account, and each time I was told I needed different documents to prove my address etc. The mere fact that my mum and I have different surnames, which I thought was a common enough thing, was enough to confuse them. Not only were the staff unreliable and clearly unsure what I had to do, they were also incessantly rude and ignorant, especially the manager, putting across that I should know exactly what I need to do to join, even though every staff member we spoke to told us something different.
I shall not be trying for a fourth time, if I canâ??t trust them to know how to join the bank, how can I trust them with my money?

The staff are extremely friendly at all times. However very often there is quite a long wait and extra teller spaces are not opened, particularly during lunchtime. The reviewer who judged a bank because it closed at 4.30 I find senseles. I remember when they closed at 3pm!!!!! Get real.
