The lovely young girl that looked after my hubby?s transactions today was more than helpful & bought a chair to near the window while we were being served as he has mobility problems.
She was efficient, thorough and caring .

Sorry Nationwide you are letting your customers down by not allowing dogs. I believe a dog was aggressive towards an employee somewhere in the UK so all dogs are banned. It's a good job you don't ban all people due to one aggressive person.

I actually found the lady who served me today very hostile & rude . Her manner was pretty unfriendly & I felt like I was at school being told off by a teacher . She did not smile or offer any warmth or friendlyness in her role atall . I was not impressed

Dont switch your bank account to Nationwide and attempt to stop it, even if it,s within 2hours, no matter how hard you try, visits to branch, calls to branch, calls with the Manager at Branch, Head Office, 7-10days of calls, confirmed cancelled, they will STILL SWITCH and put an end to your other bank. They stated £200 if you switch, with at least 2 direct debits, I did have, but they do not give £200 to anybody, and do not inform you on the switch that they don,t. Then finding out by yourself they say you,ve now got a bank account with us anyway and the switch was cancelled, but it wasn,t so caused me no end of calls and stress. I,m disappointed because I,d expected Nationwide to be efficient and professional and had also switched my Mother after 40 years with Natwest. Left me days and then the following week helpless out of my control. So much inconvenience now and stress. They say you have 14days cooling period to change your mind, but you DON,T.
