Service used to be excellent. Now, there are very long queues. Prescriptions are either not ready or half complete. I dread needing to go.

Yet again extremely poor service from the pharmacy you queue for 20 mins to then be told sorry we do not have it can you come back after 2pm this happened to the 5 people in the queue in front of me it as happened to me the last 6 times going I pointed out my doctor sent this request over 5 days a go to be told well you can have your prescription and go elsewhere great customer service as usual 5 behind the counter and only 1 serving instead of the go to place is go somewhere else you should sort yourselves out then the gentleman in front of me in a wheelchair being told the same thing being told that just because he said you never have anything in some retraining seems in order around customer service I suggest

Don't bother going to this Pharmacy on your lunch break, although they are open they can't serve you anything.

Really friendly staff, always happy to try and help where they can.I usually give them a call a couple of days before I need to collect my prescription, as this helps to give them the time needed to dispense the medicine.They are always very polite, friendly, and helpful when I do call.

The female pharmacist was great about helping me and recommending things she even went to the main store part to help me this was a year ago. Jane goes above and beyond to be lovely and helpful to everyone and seems to know all of the customers. So most of the time you get really good assistance. For a supermarket you get a small store pharmacy feel. I really recommend it. If having special prescriptions they have to do it then and there so it will take time so please take that into account and when the pharmacist is on lunch they are not allowed to give out the medication without a pharmacist being there. Yes it is annoying that you have to wait but consider the pharmacist needs a lunch break too. That is why I call up before sending anyone to collect my prescriptions when the pharmacist will take their lunch break. They always confirm what time not to come as the pharmacist will be on their lunch break. :)

Just telephoned the pharmacy to check my prescription is in, whether I telephone or call in they are always so good to deal with, customer service excellence, they should teach it to other well known pharmacies.
