Long-Term Customer Disappointed
I have been a Morrisons customer for many years. On 24 February 2025, I filled up at the Nantwich forecourt, which is fully branded as Morrisons. I handed over my bank card, which was taken and returned without any indication that the payment had failed.
Months later, I received a penalty letter from Fuel Guardian demanding £87.50. My wife, worried about escalation, paid under pressure. After lengthy correspondence, Fuel Guardian admitted it was a cashier error and refunded us.
Unfortunately, Morrisons have distanced themselves from the issue, despite the forecourt being branded in their name. As a loyal customer, I feel let down and misled.
Customers should be aware that many Morrisons-branded forecourts are operated by MFG. I recommend checking MFG?s own reviews (Trustpilot currently shows a rating of around 1.5 stars) before deciding to use their sites.
As a result of this experience, I will no longer be shopping at Morrisons or using their fuel stations.

Just had a delivery, I never usually use Morrisons as the prices are higher than others but I needed shopping and Morrisons were the only one with availability.... Theres THREE items missing that I've been charged for. Never had this issue with Tesco or Asda. Delivery driver had a horrible attitude too. NOT IMPRESSED.

Nice store of decent size just to be cautious of the car park when exiting as it can be quite dodgy pulling out to turn right from here.
