Took my mum here yesterday for afternoon tea. Absolutely fabulous!! The food was delicious, service friendly and was just the perfect mother's day treat. We had to take doggy bags home there was that much. Top marks to the whole team

2 stars for a really tasty coffee (but served in a mug, more builders mug) but abruptness of staff made it very unwelcoming and attention to clean tables etc poor. Menus stained with food and not up to date with correct prices and it was already more expensive coffee (even before the unadvertised increase) than many other lovely places tried in Nantwich over our short stay there. Enzos was a lovely experience and Bondies Bagels is where we really should have gone rather than here as looking in the window it looked a lot more appealing. Really sorry for this poor review but I think you need to up your game and customer service.

I have been to this cafe many times over the years, growing up locally. However it?s been a while since I last visited and being in Nantwich I thought I?d pop in. The seating layout had changed and it felt quite cramped downstairs, we were sat at a table covered in stains and it felt it really needed some TLC on both the table and the dirty wall I was sat by. We were given a menu, which didn?t have much choice and was really expensive, so I asked the waiter what cakes they had, to which he said they have no menu and I?d have to go next door. So I popped next door to look at them, but there were no labels on anything so it was hard to know what things were. I tried to speak with the lady behind the counter but she was rushing around and answered me like I was irritating her. Both her and another lady were shouting to each other about food and I mistakenly thought they were talking to me and answered that I just would like to know what they all were, but I was completely ignored. At this point I wanted to leave but another lady arrived at our table with the tea so we drank that. The tea was really nice. But I was really shocked at the service I received (or did not receive), and won?t be going back.
Don?t waste your money, there are plenty of cafes in the area that value your custom and treat you politely.

I?m giving 5 stars simply because food was excellent and so was service. A lovely place to eat. Might not be cheapest but I?d say it was value for money based on quality.
A small gripe which has considered dropping a star for but decided on balance not to? if you have an americano be aware the two sizes have been he same number of shots of coffee in them so you?re paying extra to dilute your coffee with water. I had the smaller size and found it to be a little weak for my taste (I do like very strong black coffee though). The larger size would have been too weak and why charge for a little more water? A small gripe easily solved by sticking an extra shot in the larger cup size.

Really enjoyed having a little stop at this cafe for a drink. In the centre of town just off the main area it?s big enough for maybe 25 people with various tables inside and out. Toilets on site and it?s wheelchair accessible too. They allowed our dog in as he was well behaved. Lovely service and very friendly. We had a couple of cream teas with great clotted cream and home made scones - it was a great time thanks

Stopped for the day on the narrowboat and wandered around. Found G&P by chance and are very happy! Oatcakes were delicious, and the full English was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and the little Cafe is adorable!

Great place. Quality food at a sensible price. Nice coffee. Fast and friendly service. Bakery attached, the sourdough loaves are excellent! One of my favourite cafes in Nantwich.

Customer service is consistently bad. We ordered tomato soup with a scone. Got home looked in the bag and found nasty pea soup with glyphosate bread.
