We have been with ee and orange for 20 years plus went to ee shop in nantwich and explained I was deaf and my wife would help the bills were a little high we both found the staff were very unhelpful and really strange atmosphere we didn't get anywhere with them and and we have always had good experience in the past in this shop

This small shop in the town center hold a great deal of communication knowledge and expertise. My Google Assistant brought me here, and I am sooo grateful!Disabled access to the shop is not the easiest, as the narrow doorway opens directly onto the pedestrian area. Doubtless covered by planning restrictions. However Jack was quick off the mark to offer help if needed, and was happy to welcome me and close the door behind my wheelchair.I explained to Jack my needs, and what I was considering, he was happy to price all that for me. He then asked me a few questions about my long standing EE account, and suggested a better and more convenient solution as a comparison. Experience is a valuable commodity, and paid off here because the suggested option was in fact far better than my proposal.Thank you again EE and thank you Jack.

I make appointments to see the doctor or dentist, not to discuss purchasing a mobile phone. No idea about customer service. Will not be going into the Nantwich shop again.
