Visited EE Nantwhich today with a friend who had sadly lost phone information and cherished photos. The staff here were amazing, combined their efforts to recover some photos and show how more can be transferred. Cannot praise or recommend them enough.

During the ongoing process of changing my name in the senior courts of England by deed poll with various companies, I was told by EE that I had to go instore to do this, which I duly did on Saturday (14th September 2024) at their Nantwich Pepper Street branch. I have to say, their customer service here is second to none! We?ve been before and experienced nothing less. On Saturday I was dealt with by a lovely young lady called Samantha (young? She has a 22 year old son, she didn't look old enough!), who was genuinely interested in my back story, and was very pleased for me. The transition was done in minutes, then she proudly showed me my new name on my account (such a lovely feeling). What a pleasure do deal with, such lovely staff there, who are not just button pushers trying to get money out of you, in fact they actively seek to try to save you money, and we're scheduled to return in March '25 to do just that! Nantwich EE branch, and Samantha, gets 5* from us every time!

This store is a fantastic store to go and get your upgrades or even if you have any issues technical wise etc. The team in this store do not do EE justice they are all just fantastic. They are good at not only at helping with your enquiries but they are also fantastic with helping keeping children occupied. Samantha was the lady in which dealt with me and I can honestly say what a treasure she helped keep my boy occupied who has difficulties in social situations but she made him feel great to a point where he was saying that he would like to work in that particular EE store. She got him Involved in the process helping her click buttons and even got him to take my payment. Samantha I hope you get recognised for going above and beyond not only for customers but for their families also. Sam the manager of the store you have a fabulous team and I will be definitely coming back there even just to say hi when we are walking around nantwich.

After enduring a frankly diabolical experience at the EE Store in Crewe at the hands of the manager himself, An experience that if I'm completely honest had me considering switching to another provider I decided to check out the nearest other store near me.....I'm SO glad I did as the service provided in the Nantwich branch was like chalk and cheese in comparison! A fantastic friendly team was on hand there and after only a small wait I was greeted by Patrick, who I can honestly say was fantastic!! Friendly and Knowledgeable without being pushy or trying to upsell me anything I didn't want without any pressure at all. I really appreciated his professionalism and understanding of the poor treatment I had just received from the previous branch and he did a great job of keeping me as a customer. I will happily return to this store in particular, Bravo Nantwich EE
