Food was nice but every time we order from this store something is wrong or missing. The staff are very helpful with delivering the missing items or anything providing replacements but it shouldn?t take me calling up for them to get my order right.

The cheese burger pizza used to be my favourite, but 3rd time now ...no burger sauce to finish.... dry unfinished pizza ...and not what I paid for ... somebody working there has no interest in delivering any quality.... its a shame because other times the pizza is great .... a little more guidance or even discipline from management would sort it out quite simply....

Had issues numerous times ordering from here, the last order being very frustrating.
Ordered two pizzas, suggested 30 mins till delivery. I watched the updates as the pizza was cooked. The pizzas then sat at the 'quality checks' for around 40 minutes.
This meant the pizzas didn't arrive at the 30 minute estimate, but over double at around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Both pizzas were cold when they came. One was a double decadence, meaning the cheese sauce was basically gone as it had seeped into the pizza. It wasn't nice at all.
I tried ringing the store to complain but they didn't answer the phone. All 5 times that I tried to call.
I'm guessing I had such issues due to them being busy, but if that's the case, stop accepting orders. It's not fair to accept and then deliver cold pizza 45 minutes later than advertised.
Due to this I won't be ordering from this store again.

Ordered via app for collection, arrived when it was ready to be collected, saw my order under hotlight, was not busy in store, stood at the counter for 10 mins whilst 4+ members of staff were too busy talking to each other, ignored multiple times, then was given the wrong order after being asked my name, staff can barely understand a word of English, took order home and received the only 2 cookies in the box, which were overcooked and the wrong pizza bases after paying an extra £3.50 each for, not happy about this as I only get dominoes for the 'double decadence' base had issues before with them months ago, as they don't put enough toppings or cheese on, and they don't put any cream cheese between the DD base - just 2 tortilla wraps stacked on top of each other, (I can see from other reviews people have had the same issues) but thought I'd give them another try as I live only 2 mins away in Nantwich, but I always go to the Crewe one because its always consistent and never fail to make a decent pizza, staff are always friendly too and can understand what your saying. If you live in Nantwich and still like domino's, I suggest you try the one in Crewe instead, as its night and day better over this one. Hopefully new management will take over this branch soon as still an absolute Sh1t show, Won't be returning here again, Shame.

Unfortunately experienced food being stolen, I.e eaten by someone else before being delivered or what I am assuming to be as on two occasions 1/2 a garlic bread missing and clearly taken either from the store or during delivery (due to grease stain from the other side) This is unfortunate as have ordered from this site a few times and the quality is generally good. Only order here for the convenience, late night etc but due to this will avoid from now. Sorry.
