We bought a property through Cheshire Lamont at the end of last year and found the team at the Nantwich office very professional. Another sale we had had agreed through Cheshire Lamont had fallen through (not their fault) and Bill in particular was excellent with us on both occasions. We were not their clients yet they treated us with respect throughout - a refreshing change from other agents we had encountered. David accommodated a second viewing swiftly for us when no one else was available and we otherwise wouldn't have been able to make it happen. They made the process smooth and were very supportive on completion day when I was an emotional mess! Happy buyers, highly recommend.

Hi, the office staff are nice, they listened and responded. However, let down by communication. 1 - Had a view arranged by them. We showed the client round, asked CL for feedback, they said they had no knowledge of viewing and didn't get back to me after saying they would. The manager never returned my calls, hence, the owner came round to evaluate and apologised for lack of communication, then never got back to me regarding value or opinion on the current marketing as promised, i even called the office for his thoughts. A bit odd, really. No major complaints, just poor communication. Peter

William Swindley from Cheshire Lamont could not have been kinder and more helpful to my mum. He has gone way past what you'd expect from an estate agency, helping with ideas and contacts to get her property developed into a more attractive sales proposition. This property had struggled to sell for many years, but Bill has been central to the successful sale and has demonstrated he is a very caring person too. I can heartily recommend his services.

Excellent service from all the team at Nantwich. The whole process from initial consultation to completion of our house sale was of a high professional standard. Great job from Bill and the team at Cheshire Lamont. Initially the property was assessed, and a favourable and confident valuation was given. This was followed up by a professional property review and together with high quality photography the property was beautifully presented to the market. The property was viewed almost immediately, and an offer was made and accepted above the advertised price within 24hrs. From there although there were some issues with the chain during the sale the help and support from the team was exceptional. I was always kept informed of any developments in the sale progress and any questions raised by me were answered promptly.
