My dog was having his haircut upstairs, so took advantage of having a drink and a snack in the cafe. It is such a lovely place, with a great atmosphere where the dogs are just as important and their owners.

What a find this cafe/grooming salon is. I needed my dogs nails clipping, and when I googled if there was anywhere local I could have this done apart from the vets, it stated Charlie and co did a walk in service. We arrived no issue, the young lady in the salon was brilliant with our dog who is a rescue, so we were unsure if he would be nervous, he rushed into the grooming area no problem, we went and had a coffee and before we knew it he was done! Fabulous service we will be back. The girls are a great team. Oh and lots of doggy friends for your pouch to meet downstairs in the cafe.

I booked my dog for a hair cut with a wait time of around 4 weeks. The day before the appointment they left a message to say it had been cancelled. We called back and were told the next available appointment was another 6 weeks away. No apologies, no remorse and no help offered. Wouldn?t recommend as clearly they are very poorly run.

This was our first time visiting and we will absolutely be coming again. The atmosphere was really nice the staff were great and very accommodating.

My wife spotted the café and we decided to pop in, mainly because we had our dog with us. A good choice, dog friendly excellent food, drinks and service. Would recommend with or without a dog!
