I met my friend for a lovely walk and catch up and ended up in Nero for a coffee. The service, coffee and atmosphere were all fabulous. Staff were very helpful even though it was incredibly busy. Unfortunately the bathroom desperately needs a deep clean, hairs dust, urine on the floor and the smell was overpowering. Such a shame that this one area let everything else down.

I haven?t been in for years as I use independent coffee shops
Sad to say will not be returning
The toilets are absolutely disgusting
I know you can?t blame somewhere for who uses the toilets but the unisex one I used looked like it hadn?t been cleaned in years
It was in use so as the accessible toilet was free was going to use that
However that had been absolutely abused by someone it was clear to see before I even went in
Really off putting
I do feel sorry for the staff if it?s them who has to deal with such mess

Absolute chaos when being served, asked for Caramel Latte, no caramel in coffee and constant barking of dogs. Will not be back

All round okay experience. HOWEVER, when I went to use the bathroom I was severely displeased. There was what I assumed to be discreation on the floor, the pipes looked mouldy , it didn?t smell good and for it apparently being cleaned 3 times that day already I wasn?t pleased. Toilet also wasn?t very good to flush. Please improve.
