“I must stress this visit was not for an overnight stay, being it's just a short trip up the A500 from Stoke. We called in for lunch during the Nantwich food and drink festival. I had the double club Sandwich with a side of hand cut chips. My wife had Gammon steak, as did my father in law, and my mother in law had a burger which was a lovely thick quality beef patty. All meals were served with hand cut chips. The menu was varied and the staff were pleasant and polite. A nice choice of beers and wine. The surroundings are nice clean and comfortable.”
