Where do I start, I visited today after taking my wife to this store to take some photos of the entrance. My wife is recovering from a stroke and found it difficult to walk through the entrance due to how narrow it was.

Staff miserable and very slow on tills. Aisles are way too small and compact to get around with a trolley. No parent and child parking, I?m 6 months pregnant and the spaces are very tight and it was very busy. When I came out an old couple had parked very close and not straight so I could barely get in my car and then I had to wait for them to go because they had parked so close I couldn?t turn my car (there was a car to my left as well as in front so I was stuck) Won?t bother coming here again, will go the one in Crewe.

Great selection of food, gifts, garden and homewares all under one roof.
The only annoyance is the constant alarm going off at the entrance to the garden centre, this has been going off for years and you'd think they'd have sorted it by now.

It's ok. I'm a reluctant occasional shopper here, as it sells a lot of things which are difficult to come by on the high street nowadays. Staff are polite and the range of products is impressive, plus it's cheap, but I would personally prefer to support small, independent companies if possible. People drive and park like idiots in the car park, which could do with fresh white lines.

Couldn't reach something off the shelf so asked another kind customer who was around, while no staff were to be seen. Used a stool that was placed in front of the area, and then of course a staff shows up rudely saying we cannot use the stool, which was left unnateded in area. OVER A BAG. Maybe if the staff were actually where they were supposed to be and doing their job then we wouldn't have had to ask a customer instead. Even when we were rudely interrupted, the staff didn't even offer to help get the thing we were struggling to reach, so definitely a useless member to the team and should not be working with customers if they're incredibly damn rude.

My local store so shop there regularly but my last visit was unpleasant because I had a disagreement with the cashier because she refused to let me buy 1 tube eyedrops and 2 packets paracetamol but couldnt tell me why, other than her till wasn't allowing her to sell the items together. I asked to speak to the manager about it but he wouldn't come out of his office, so I complained to customer services and was just told, it was their policy to only allow a customer to purchase 2 medicines in one transaction, which is ridiculous because the eyedrops sold in B&M are not for serious eye conditions. In future, I will purchase medicinal items from another seller, and my opinion of B&M has gone from 5 stars to 4.

Great value for money. A very large store with lots of choice . My only criticism was not enough tills open and the queues went right down the isles.
